The process is simple. Just ask yourself these three questions:

Are you a non-profit, social service agency, or socially innovative organization?

Is your organization's primary mission to serve the public good?

Can your organization not afford the regular web hosting rates?

If you can answer yes to all three questions, then you qualify.

That's all you need. You do not need 501(c)(3) status. You just need to be in the business of helping people and need the discount.

Does this plan have fewer features than regular plans?
No. It has every single feature our regular plans have and is hosted on the same servers. It is just smaller in size and in price.
Are we allowed to sell items or take donations on our site?
Yes. The content of your site is entirely up to you.

Do you put ads on our site or require a link back?
No, absolutely not.
What if we need more space?
You can upgrade at any time to our regular web hosting plans.
